Wagyu Beef has unique health benefits too. The marbling in Wagyu results in a higher ratio of healthy mono-unsaturated fats along with a high concentration of beneficial omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids compared to other beef products.

Wagyu cattle on Ridgway Farm are raised to ~ 30 – 36 months allowing the fine marbling of the meat to develop to bring you the juiciest, most flavoursome Irish Beef so tender it melts in your mouth. Steak knives optional here!
